B. Visitor Data:

8Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Once no longer required, we will delete or anonymize the data.

For example, we retain billing records for 6 years for tax compliance, and inactive user accounts are purged after 24 months of inactivity.

9Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child below the minimum age required in their jurisdiction, we will take steps to delete the data promptly.

13Data Controller and Processor Roles

Depending on the service, JeySol may act as either a data controller or data processor. When processing data on behalf of clients, we act as a processor in accordance with their instructions and applicable agreements.

We will only send you marketing communications if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

15Jurisdiction Notice

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). If you are accessing our services from outside the United Kingdom, please note that other local laws may also apply.
